CASA OTTO

MINIMAL’S ELEGANCE.

THE PROJECT IS A EIGHTIES HOUSE RENOVATION IN MODENA, WITH TWO HOUSING UNITS WHICH HAVE THEN BEEN MERGED INTO A SINGLE BIG HOUSE ON TWO FLOORS. THE WHOLE PROJECT CAN BE CONSIDERED A “TURNKEY” PROJECT WITH REGARDS TO THE HOUSING. A PROJECT OF MODERN AND MINIMALIST TASTE, WHERE WHITE DOMINATES. THE PART OF THE KITCHEN WHICH HOSTS THE WASHBASIN IS MADE OF A SINGLE BLOCK OF CONCRETE CEMENT OBTAINED FROM A CASSERO MOULD, WHEREAS OTHER FURNITURE FROM AN ARMOIRE WHICH GIVES AESTHETIC SYNTHESIS AND SHAPE CLEANLINESS. THE BURNERS ARE ALLOCATED ON AN ISLAND BLOCK, THAT OVERLOOKS THE LIVING ROOM.
GREAT DESIGN RELEVANCE HAS HAD THE SUSPENDED LADDER, OF STRONG SCENOGRAPHIC IMPACT, WITH A GLASS WALL FOR THE ENTIRE HEIGHT. THE WHOLE LIGHTING SYSTEM OF INDIRECT LIGHT HAS BEEN RELIZED THROUGH CUTS IN THE WALLS, WALL AND FLOOR RECESSES. ALL HOUSE FLOORS ARE MADE IN ICE WHITE SPATULA RESIN. EACH SINGLE FURNISHING ELEMENT HAS BEEN DESIGNED AND REALIZED BY CREO DESIGN&CONSULTING’S INTERIOR & ARCHITECTURE’S DEPARTMENT, INCLUDING THE SUSPENDED METAL FIREPLACE ON THE FIRST FLOOR’S HALL.
