CASA TRENTOTTO

BETWEEN RUSTIC AND MODERN.

THE CONSERVATIVE RESTORATION OF THIS LARGE VILLA OF THE EARLY TWENTIETH CENTURY WAS CARRIED OUT BOTH ON MATERIALS AND ARCHITECTURAL LEVELS, VISIBLE ABOVE ALL BY THE MAINTENANCE OF THE ORIGINAL VAULTS AND THE REUSE OF MATERIALS SUCH AS STONES AND WOOD. A LARGE PART OF THE WOODEN FURNITURE HAS BEEN MANUFACTURED THROUGH THE RECOVERY OF THE ORIGINAL OAK OF THE ROOF BEAMS; THE ROOF HAVING BEEN COMPLETELY REDONE BASED ON MODERN TECHNIQUES AND CURRENT LEGISLATION.
THE STUDY OF INTERIORS OF THE ENTIRE HOUSE PURSUED THE AIM OF RECONCILING RUSTIC AND MODERN; THE KITCHEN IS THE PERFECT EXAMPLE OF SUCH PURPOSE: FURNITURE, IN FACT, IS EXTREMELY MODERN BOTH WITH REGARDS TO THE DESIGN CONCEPTION, AS WELL AS TO THE USE OF MATERIALS; NONETHELESS, IT PRESERVES A CLASSICAL ARRANGEMENT, WITH THE LARGE TABLE IN THE CENTRE OF THE ROOM, FACING THE MAJESTIC FIREPLACE. THE ENTIRE ATTIC HAS BEEN EQUIPPED AND DEDICATED TO GYM-SPA, WITH LIGHTING DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY TO EMPHASIZE THE SPECTACULARITY OF THE ENVIRONMENT.
