CASA UNO/L

CONTEMPORARY OPEN SPACE.

CREO DESIGN&CONSULTING MANAGED THE ENTIRE DESIGN AND REALIZATION OF THE SPACE, REVOLUTIONIZING IT AND TRANSFORMING A TYPICAL HOUSE MAP OF THE SIXTIES’, DIVIDED IN MULTIPLE ROOMS, INTO A SUPER-MODERN OPEN SPACE WITH AIRY SPACES. THE LIVING AREA, BEING THE VERY HEART OF THE HOUSE, IMMEDIATELY EMPHASIZES THE KITCHEN, INSPIRED BY BAR’S COUNTERS, WITH A WORKING PLAN IN DEKTON. THE SUPPORTING STRUCTURE, WITH AN INDUSTRIAL SAVOUR, IS MADE OF WELDED AND PAINTED STEEL; THE KITCHEN HAS A LONG STORAGE/BOOKSHELF RECESS IN WHITE LAQUERED WOOD. THIS AREA GUARANTEES A FURTHER FUNCTION, OF MORE CONVIVIAL USE, BECAUSE IT CAN BE USED AS A BAR COUNTER, EXPOSED TO THE BURNERS.
ON THE LIVING AREA FLOORING, A LARGE-FORMAT DARK PORCELAIN GRES MEETS A LIGHT OAK PARQUET WHICH COVERS ALL THE LIVING ROOM. THE DINING TABLE REPRESENTS A PERFECT CONCEPTUAL MERGER BETWEEN KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM, BECAUSE IT PRESENTS THE SAME STEEL STRUCTURE AS THE KITCHEN AND AXES IN NATURAL OAK LIKE THE PARQUET.
