CASA VENTISEI . CONTEMPORARY FAMILY VILLA

LAYOUT AND FURNITURE INTERSECT TO ENHANCE THE HOME

FOR CASA VENTISEI WE RELIED UPON A METICULOUS DESIGN WORK, WHICH DEFINED THE LAYOUT OF EVERY SINGLE ENVIRONMENT. OUR APPROACH HAS ALLOWED USING ALL THE AVAILABLE SPACES, MAKING THE HOME EFFICIENT FROM DIFFERENT STANDPOINTS.
CASA VENTISEI IS A TWO-STOREY VILLA. ON THE GROUND FLOOR WE FIND A GARAGE WITH ANNEXED LAUNDRY ROOM, AN OPEN-SPACE ROOM WITH KITCHEN OVERLOOKING THE GARDEN, 1 GUEST BEDROOM AND 1 BATHROOM. THROUGH THE ELEGANT WALNUT STAIRCASE, YOU REACH THE FIRST FLOOR, A MORE INTIMATE ENVIRONMENT, WHICH FEATURES 3 BEDROOMS, 2 OF WHICH FOR CHILDREN, 2 BATHROOMS AND 1 OFFICE ROOM.
THE LIVING AREA WELCOMES US WITH A LARGE OPEN SPACE: LIVING AREA AND KITCHEN ARE SEAMLESSLY JOINED, AS ENVIRONMENTS TO BE ENJOYED AS A CONTINUUM. THIS PERCEPTION OF DEPTH AND CONNECTION IS EMPHASIZED BY A LARGE FULLY OPENABLE GLASS WALL, WHICH OFFERS A PANORAMIC VIEW OF THE GARDEN, ANOTHER AREA TO LIVE IN A CONTINUUM WITH THE REST OF THE HOUSE. WE UNDERSCORE THAT WE HAVE DESIGNED AND REALIZED ALL THE FURNITURE IN THE HOUSE, THUS CREATING TAILOR-MADE SOLUTIONS FOR OUR CUSTOMERS.

AT THE ENTRANCE, FOR EXAMPLE, WE FIND A LACQUERED BLUE CUPBOARD, WITH A 45° INNER FRAME, WHICH YIELDS INTERESTING PERCEPTIONS OF SOLID AND EMPTY. WE DELIBERATELY LEFT THE COMPARTMENTS EMPTY IN ORDER TO CREATE MOVEMENT AND TO GIVE SPACE TO CUSTOMIZATION.THE LIVING AREA FEATURES A TABLE WITH A CRYSTAL TOP AND BURNISHED IRON FEET, COMBINED WITH IRON CHAIRS WITH ALCANTARA-UPHOLSTERED SEATS, AND STOOLS POSITIONED AROUND THE LARGE CENTRAL ISLAND.  THE KITCHEN IS CONCEIVED IN CONTINUITY WITH THE DINING ROOM: THE MONOLITH TAKES CENTRE STAGE, TRANSFORMING THE KITCHEN IN AN ENVIRONMENT TO BE ENJOYED AND SHARED. THE CABINETS FEATURE HIDDEN GROOVES AND ARE ENHANCED BY STEEL ACCESSORIESANOTHER INTERESTING ELEMENT IS THE MASTER BED STRUCTURE, WHICH DEVELOPS ALONG A WHITE WOOD FRAME, BOTH ON THE SIDES AND THE FRONT. AS A RESULT, THE BED SEEMS “SUSPENDED”, ALTHOUGH THE SUPPORTING STRUCTURE, IN REALITY, IS HIDDEN IN THE MOST CENTRAL PART AND ALMOST INVISIBLE. THE REFINED AESTHETICS OF THE ROOM IS COMPLETED BY A DECORATIVE WALL CLADDED IN KERAKOLL “STRIPED” RESIN.
THE DOMINANT COLOURS ARE WHITE, GRAY AND BLUE IN A VARIETY OF HUES, WHICH GIVE AN ELEGANT AND RELAXING STYLE TO THE WHOLE HOUSE. EACH LIGHTING ELEMENT, INSTALLED WITH GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAILS, ENHANCES THE SELECTED HUES, FURNITURE AND ENVIRONMENTS, AT TIMES BECOMING ONE AND THE SAME WITH THE FURNISHING ITSELF.
FOR EXAMPLE, IN THE GROUND-FLOOR BATHROOM – WHERE WE OPTED FOR A TOTAL DESIGN BY PHILIPPE STARCK – WE INSTALLED A RECESSED VERTICAL LED BAR, THUS CREATING A VERY SUGGESTIVE EFFECT. THE LIVING ROOM IS “ENRICHED” BY FLOS SUSPENSION LIGHTS, WHICH GIVE THE ROOM A SOPHISTICATED TOUCH, AND BY LIGHTS INSTALLED IN THE FALSE CEILING, WHICH STRETCH ALONG THE ENTIRE HOUSE.
AN INTERESTING DETAIL WE FIND IN THE EXTERNAL AREA IS THE RECESS FOR SORTED WASTE COLLECTION CARVED OUT BY THE ENTRANCE GATE: IT IS LOCATED NEXT TO THE CANOPY, THUS ENABLING TIDY AND OUT-OF-SIGHT WASTE COLLECTION.
